In the past few days So Cal Holistic Health staff and patients have been subjected to harassment from the San Diego Police! We will not tolerate this bullying as we are all legal medical patients running a PRIVATE collective. So Cal has had ZERO issues since our inception. Meanwhile the bars in the areas have constant problems with fights and loud customers.

Below is a video of one of our budtenders being taken away in cuffs. We will continue to carry out our mission of serving the patients of PB.

We are currently in an appeals process. We are legally allowed to go through the appeals process without harassment from the police. The attached video is one of our budtenders being taken away in cuffs. All he is doing is serving legal medical patients. This police harassment has to stop! Please write to your local officials and let them know this type of behavior will not be accepted.
